Website Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of lanternstreetco.com (the "Website"). Lantern Street is a service of RTG Global Sourcing Limited, incorporated with limited liability ("Lantern Street", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

2. Information only, not advice

The Website describes our finance and operations setup services. It is general information only. Lantern Street is not a law firm, tax firm or company secretary. We don't give legal, tax or regulatory advice, and nothing on the Website is a substitute for advice from a lawyer or tax adviser. Legal, tax, licensing and company-secretary work is done by licensed providers you engage directly.

3. No engagement until signed

Using the Website, emailing us or having a fit call doesn't create a client relationship. We only provide services under a written proposal and engagement terms that you accept. Those documents take priority over anything on the Website.

4. Fees and payment

Our published prices are a guide. Current packages are Plan (USD 4,500), Build (USD 7,500) and USD 750 for each additional company. Your proposal sets the final scope and price. Fees are in US dollars and are payable in advance, before work starts unless your proposal says otherwise. All fees are invoiced by and payable to RTG Global Sourcing Limited, by invoice or by its secure payment link. Prices exclude taxes, government and registry fees, the fees of any lawyer, tax adviser, company secretary or other provider you engage, and bank or transfer charges, which are your responsibility. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we don't store your card details.

5. Refunds

If you cancel in writing before we start work, we refund your fee in full, less any non-refundable payment processing charges. After work starts, fees aren't refundable, except as set out in your engagement terms. If we can't deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, we'll refund the fee for the undelivered part. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. Contract party and place of performance

All services are provided by RTG Global Sourcing Limited, which is the contracting party in every proposal and engagement.

7. Intercompany term sheet (Build)

The Build package may include an intercompany term sheet. It summarises business terms only, such as the services, pricing method and payment timing between your companies. It isn't a contract or a draft agreement, and it isn't legal or tax advice. Any intercompany agreement should be prepared or reviewed by a lawyer you engage directly, and transfer pricing should be confirmed by your tax adviser.

8. Introductions to other firms

If we introduce you to a lawyer, tax adviser, company secretary or other provider, that firm contracts with and bills you directly, and it is responsible for its own work. We don't take referral fees or commissions from them.

9. Our content

The Website's content, including its text, design, logos and the Lantern Street name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use the Website in a way that is unlawful, harms the Website or its users, tries to get unauthorised access, or sends spam or malicious code.

11. Other websites

Links to other websites are for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and don't promise that it is complete, current or always available.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with the Website is limited to USD 100. Your engagement terms govern our liability for any services, and unless they say otherwise it is capped at the fees you paid for the engagement concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including for fraud.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
